The Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will conduct thorough physical assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, and pneumonia. Responsibilities also include developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing therapies, and educating patients and families on disease management.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, DEA License, and BCLS/BLS certification, along with a Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Preferred experience includes working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities and prior experience in Pulmonology or respiratory care.
