About the role

As a part-time Physical Therapist, you will establish appropriate goals, creatively execute treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation. More importantly, you will help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.

Overview Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at St. Paul's Senior Living Community in Greenville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

Position Details

For this role, we can consider a part time status of 20-25 hours on average weekly. The schedule can be flexible, 2-4 days per week, with one rotating weekend day or willingness to be available weekends to cover admissions. This position will qualify for a $3,000 Sign On Bonus 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you grow in your career. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists. Hold a valid state license. Ability to work weekdays on consistant basis - this is NOT a Casual PRN position It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required! Requirements

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited school for Physical Therapists and hold a valid state license, with the ability to work consistent weekdays as this is not a casual PRN position. While acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is beneficial, new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.
