The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients and prepare necessary documentation. They will also establish a plan of care based on patients' needs and travel to nearby centers as required.
Candidates must have a valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and credentials, along with experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and/or acute care. The position requires the ability to work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
