Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Build long-term relationships with families and the care team
  • Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN and APRN license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC)
  • Current BLS and/or PALS certification
  • Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
