As a Perioperative RN on the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (WEST), you will float across multiple Wellstar hospitals and Periop units based on where your skills are needed most. No two days are the same, and every shift is a chance to grow, shine, and support our mission of delivering world-class care.

What You’ll Do

Float to perioperative units across Wellstar hospitals based on need and your skill mix.

Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellent patient outcomes.

Adapt quickly and provide support in a variety of settings.

What you bring

Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state) required.

(BLS) from AHA required.

(ACLS) required.

(PALS) required

Minimum 2 years of recent perioperative nursing experience required.

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.

A flexible, positive attitude and passion for patient-centered care.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse license (Georgia or compact state), along with required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA. A minimum of two years of recent perioperative nursing experience is mandatory, complemented by strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
