• How you’ll make an impact in this role Perform advanced computed tomography procedures as a CT Technologist, producing high-resolution diagnostic images that support accurate disease and injury diagnosis.
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans, selecting precise anatomic and technical parameters to ensure image quality and exceptional patient care.
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice, monitoring patient responses and reporting abnormal findings to the radiologist and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and quality improvement standards to minimize exposure, maintain compliance, and protect patients during all CT procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure timely clinical documentation and accurate imaging submission to PACS and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
