Registered Nurses in the Flex Pool provide independent, evidence-based care to adult patients across various medical and surgical subspecialty units. They are responsible for patient assessment, treatment, and serving as a resource for other team members.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and have successfully passed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam. A BSN is preferred, and a valid RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
