Collaborates with treatment teams to implement recovery plans and provide peer support to clients and caregivers. Acts as a mentor and advocate to help participants transition from hospital settings back into their communities.
Requires a High School Diploma and a current Recovery Peer Advocate or Provisional certification. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or peer support.
Implements the treatment plan in collaboration with the treatment team. Provides a variety of peer support, advocacy, and other recovery services to clients and caregivers.
