The receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact, managing the switchboard, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the hospital. Key duties also include providing essential clerical support such as entering charges, scanning documents, and distributing daily reports.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with working knowledge of switchboard equipment and computer systems for data entry. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of coordination and decision-making, and flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred. Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred. Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions. Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
