The role involves providing direct inpatient physical therapy care, which includes supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Responsibilities also include building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs supporting their recovery.
Candidates must possess current licensure or certification as required by state regulations and hold a CPR certification. A Master's Degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's Degree combined with sufficient experience in the field is acceptable.
