Qualifications

State pharmacy board licensure in good standing, for the state in which the hospital is located. Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent. 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Requirements

Candidates must possess a state pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the hospital's location and have completed a degree from an accredited pharmacy program. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
