The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders, utilizing therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential across all areas of a patient's life. This role involves working as part of a team to provide therapy services in various settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

The Occupational Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.

The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent state license/certificationCurrent registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification BoardPrefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitationNew graduates welcome to applyExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health CareDemonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy disciplineKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure/certification, and current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board. A minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply, alongside excellent communication skills.
