The Speech Language Pathologist will develop and administer speech therapy treatment programs for resident patients, including performing necessary evaluations and re-certifications. This role requires documenting client status according to all relevant Federal, State, and Facility guidelines.
Candidates must complete a Master's Degree in speech language pathology from an accredited program and must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a speech language pathologist in Virginia. Experience with neurologically involved, developmentally disabled patients and previous professional experience in long-term care or adult geriatric settings is beneficial.
