$50 - $50 / HOUR
include receiving admissions and transfers, performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and accurately documenting findings using appropriate systems. Nurses must also ensure medical orders are processed correctly and demonstrate competence in handling Rapid Response and code events.
Candidates must possess a valid State RN License, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of bedside clinical experience in acute care settings like Med/Surg, Tele, PCU, Step down, or ICU.
Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Competence in Rapid Response and code events Instruct and counsel patients/families Performs other duties as assigned
Valid State RN License BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required at hire.
