The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to assigned residents, including verifying physician orders, administering medications, and assisting in developing resident care plans. Responsibilities also involve conducting routine rounds, documenting changes in resident condition, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's).
Applicants must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin and must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within six months. Prior experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
