The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to the elderly population, assisting medical staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care at the facility. This role involves communicating with other medical professionals for treatment and diagnosis, coordinating treatment plans with the nursing team, and communicating patient conditions to family members.
Candidates must possess a current NYS LPN License to be considered for this position. The role requires an experienced and compassionate nurse dedicated to providing excellent care to residents in a senior living community.
