• Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri | 5 hours/day (15 hours/week)
• Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do • Empower Independence

• Assist with daily living tasks like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Build
• Community: Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.
• Goal
• Advocacy: Implement support plans (ISPs) and encourage self-advocacy.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of progress and maintain a safe, positive environment.

• What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual Spanish is a must.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan), TB test and physical testing.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire).
• A compassionate, proactive, and "solution-focused" mindset.
