The Registered Nurse will routinely use acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations, delivering safe, dependable, and effective care independently utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities also include applying the Synergy Model for Care, communicating respectfully with patients and the healthcare team, and accurately documenting the nursing process.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 2.5 years of recent Intensive Care Unit experience within the last five years and hold a current Registered Nurse license in Georgia. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and FHM, with professional certification in a relevant specialty area preferred and required within one year of employment.
