The Medical Assistant provides patient-centric care by gathering data, documenting visit reasons, and obtaining vital signs. They also handle patient phone calls and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve clinical excellence.
Candidates must be high school graduates and hold or obtain a BLS (CPR) certification from the AHA within 90 days. Previous medical office experience and CMA or RMA certification are preferred.
