The Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide integrated treatment supporting both behavioral and physical health care needs for clients, which includes utilizing clinical treatment modalities and completing necessary supporting documentation. Responsibilities also involve serving as an active member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, conducting screenings, assessments, and developing comprehensive individualized integrated treatment plans.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related social service field and hold active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, along with counseling experience in mental health and/or drug and alcohol. The role requires the ability to work 40 hours per week within the agency's operating hours, which include evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Serve as an active member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Provide screening, assessment, and evaluation of potential clients. Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling Effectively assess client treatment needs and develop a comprehensive individualized integrated treatment plan. Utilize collaborative documentation to complete clinical documentation that meets compliance standards, medical necessity guidelines, and agency standards as to timeliness and accuracy of documentation.
To qualify for the position, you will need to have… Master’s degree in a related social service field required. Active PA Licensure (LPC, LMFT or LCSW) required. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT with counseling experience in mental health and/or drug and alcohol required. Experience with mental health required Ability to work 40 hours per week within agency hours of operation, which are 8am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Friday with Saturday hours, when applicable.
Preferred candidates will … Experience with substance abuse preferred. Experience working with adolescents preferred. Valid PA Driver’s License and the ability to drive and travel preferred. Be Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
