The caregiver will provide empathetic and supportive care to an elderly client diagnosed with dementia. This includes offering emotional support and companionship to the client.
The ideal candidate must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide with an HHA certificate and possess clear English communication skills. A minimum of one year's experience working with Dementia or Alzheimer's patients, along with current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, is mandatory.
