The Physical Therapist will be responsible for reviewing patient medical history, diagnosing conditions through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. They will use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury, while also recording progress and modifying care plans as needed.
Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing within the state of New York. The role involves comprehensive patient care activities including assessment, planning, intervention, and documentation.
