Physicians perform comprehensive in-person assessments, leading and partnering with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans for each participant. Essential duties also include coordinating discharge for acute, short-term, and long-term placement, focusing on comprehensive care with an average of 8 patients daily.

Our value-based PACE program allows our Primary Care Physicians to provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.
We are seeking Primary Care Physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics. Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants. Board certification preferred.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
