We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Whether you are a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant, we encourage you to apply. 0+ years of CNA experience are welcome.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are assigned to a specific care area, which may include memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing, depending on the position.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a valued member of the nursing team responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing routine nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan. The CNA works closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Deliver routine nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and established nursing standards.

Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the nursing team.

Support residents' independence, preferences, dignity, and safety.

Assist with positioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and equipment.

Communicate effectively with nurses, fellow Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), residents, families, and other team members.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification on the Maine CNA Registry. 0 or more years of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience. New CNA graduates and experienced CNAs are encouraged to apply. Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with residents, families, co-workers, and supervisors. Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Basic computer skills. Shifts Available: Full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) positions are available. Most positions require every other weekend.

Requirements
