The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with one surgeon and one Physician Assistant in a patient-centered team, managing an expected volume of 10-15 patients daily in outpatient settings. Responsibilities also include providing inpatient rounding based on surgical load and participating in OR cases, averaging 4-7 per week.
The role requires a skilled Nurse Practitioner with a background in Neurosurgery, including required Operating Room experience. The candidate must be prepared for inpatient rounding and sharing a reasonable primary call schedule for the surgeon.
