The Advanced Practice Provider reports to clinical leadership and collaborates with the Center Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals. This role involves providing primary and urgent care services to residents in a sub-acute or long-term care setting.

We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for our Millville Center located in Millville, NJ. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
The base salary range for this position is $122,720 - $128,960 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.
We are also offering a five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus.

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, or a graduate from an accredited PA program with PANCE certification. A minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
