The Sonographer will perform diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasound examinations, including early anatomy, detailed anatomy sonograms, and fetal wellbeing assessments independently. They will also assist physicians with invasive procedures, analyze sonograms, and communicate findings to the physician.
Candidates must be graduates of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program accredited by CAAHEP (or have ARDMS certification before December 31, 2000) and possess a current BLS certification. Obtaining ARDMS certification in OB/GYN and Fetal Echocardiogram is required within 12 months of employment.

We are seeking a MFM SONOGRAPHER for Duke Perinatal Wilmington located in Wilmington, NC to serve as a medical imaging professional performing diagnostic examinations using sonography.
Typical work hours are day shift, Monday-Friday. No “on call” required.
