The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for providing direct patient care to medical and/or behavioral health patients by executing duties within the CMA’s Scope of Practice, including administering vaccines and medications. This role is key in supporting the Physicians’ practice to ensure all patients receive necessary assistance.
Candidates must possess current CPR and phlebotomy certifications, along with a current and unrestricted medical assistant (CMA) certification. A valid New Mexico or Texas driver's license and up-to-date automobile insurance are also mandatory job requirements.
