Caregivers will assist clients with essential daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support, while also preparing meals and offering medication reminders. The role also involves providing companionship, monitoring client well-being, and maintaining accurate daily care documentation.
The primary requirement is the ability to speak Hindi and/or Urdu to ensure culturally aligned communication, with prior caregiving experience being preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must also pass background and reference checks and possess strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
