The Psychiatric-Mental Health NP/PA will collaborate with PACE Physicians and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to provide psychiatric consultation, evaluation, counseling, and treatment for participants. Essential duties include performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, developing care plans, assisting with discharge planning, and consulting on participant care in various settings.
This is a a Full-Time Position (in person at our center in Fresno, CA)

At the direction of the Medical Director, the Primary Care Provider, Psychiatric-Mental Health (NP/PA) works collaboratively with WelbeHealth PACE Physicians and IDT team providing assessment, planning, primary care, and continuing medical education to WelbeHealth participants.
