This role focuses on prescription processing, patient interaction, and ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications.Work Schedule/Shift InformationMonday – Friday: shifts scheduled between 0700 and 2330Saturdays & Federal Holidays: shifts scheduled between 0800 and 1630Shifts are typically 8.5 hours in durationWork schedules may vary depending on staffing needs and operational demandsJOB DUTIES:Perform a full range of pharmacy technician duties in an outpatient settingFill and refill prescriptions and enter orders into pharmacy systemsAssist patients and providers with medication-related requestsMonitor for drug interactions and report adverse reactionsProcess prescriptions for legend drugs, OTC products, and medical suppliesSupport inventory management, including stocking, ordering, and handling out-of-stock itemsConduct basic quality checks such as reviewing expired medications and supporting documentation/reportingQualificationsWork AuthorizationMust be a U.S.
