The Physician will serve as the primary treating physician for injured workers, commercial, and Medicare patients, providing comprehensive chronic pain care including medication management within current standards of care. Responsibilities also involve evaluating patients with a multidisciplinary team, diagnosing conditions based on analysis of reports and records, and communicating with payor agents for utilization review and authorization requests.
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in their specialty, holding a current California Board Certified Physician License or equivalent status for residents/fellows. Essential qualifications include current DEA and DPS registration, along with being personable and proficient in relationship building for a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications: · Licensure
1. California Board Certified Physician License or Board Eligible Pain Resident/Fellow 2. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing
Compensation Range: $275,000 to $400, 000 Annually (plus productivity bonuses and incentives)
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
