Caregivers will provide companionship and emotional support while assisting seniors with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Responsibilities also include supporting mobility, preparing meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, ensuring safety, and accurately documenting care notes.
Candidates should possess some caregiving experience, which can be from family care, home care, or assisted living roles, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Applicants must also pass a background check and drug screening, demonstrating a compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
