Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, or a related field, or be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). A minimum of two years of clinical or clinical research experience, or four to six years of relevant work experience, is required, along with fluency in English and Spanish.

Shifts will include normal business hours with some evening and weekend shifts. Summary Provides an opportunity to learn daily and contribute to treatments of the future under direction and guidance from leadership. Enthusiasm for learning required, along with participation in educating patients, physicians, nurses and other personnel about the research process.
The Clinical Research Coordinator is a customer-focused role that begins gaining experience in clinical trial management procedures by assisting in the planning, designing, coordinating and implementation of research studies or projects. This important position is accountable to utilize good judgement, common knowledge and learned skills while maintaining expected quality standards. This individual will provide interpretation and coordination of services for patients and helps facilitate phone and face-to-face communication Occasional local travel between sites and student supervision may be required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology or related field. May consider graduates of an accredited school of practical nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dependent on facility and department needs. Minimum two years of clinical or clinical research experience or four to six years of relevant work experience required. If a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
