The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing trauma-informed modalities like TF-CBT or EMDR, while collaborating with families and agencies for a comprehensive approach to care. Key duties include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining a caseload of 22–25 clients, and educating caregivers on trauma's impact.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in a related social science field and have a minimum of two years of professional experience counseling children, adolescents, and families. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
Training or certification in specific modalities like TF-CBT, PCIT, or EMDR is highly preferred. Why Join Us?
