The role involves preparing patient charts for clinical staff, taking vital signs, and updating pertinent clinical information such as medical history and medications in the EHR system. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for escorting patients through the clinic, including assisting elderly patients using mobility aids.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in the medical field preferred, and must pass a basic background check. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of medical terminology and EMR experience.
