Market context

Tennessee medical technologist roles stay selective

In Tennessee, senior medical technologist roles are typically competitive because employers look for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of lab experience, and both state licensure and national certification. Demand often centers on experienced clinicians who can work independently and support accurate, timely diagnostics. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your licensure and certification details before applying.
