The CT technologist performs computed tomography procedures to produce images for diagnosis and interventional procedures. They assess and monitor patients, ensuring quality care and taking appropriate actions in emergencies.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiology Technology program with advanced training and certification in CT. A minimum of two years of experience as a staff technologist is preferred, along with competency in radiation safety and technical skills.
