The Home Health Aide is responsible for performing health-related tasks and assisting clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities. They work under the supervision of a registered nurse to follow care plans and support clients in their homes or facilities.
Candidates must have current NYS DOH approved Basic Training in Home Health Aide or an equivalent certification. This role requires the ability to follow care plan instructions and assist with personal care and rehabilitative services.
