Salary
$14 - $20 / HOUR
The Personal Care Aide (PCA) assists clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while also providing companionship and support for mobility. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates should have an active Virginia Personal Care Aide Certification, although free training is offered. Other requirements include a TB screening, proof of U.S. work authorization, and reliable transportation.
