Market context

Virginia advanced practice roles stay competitive

In Virginia, advanced-practice roles like this are often competitive because employers look for clinicians who can work across outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency settings and see patients of all ages. This posting requires a master’s degree in a physician assistant program, active NCCPA certification, a DC license, and at least 2 years of experience.
