We are recruiting for an internal medicine physician who has an interest in treating the general adult population as well as the older patient population, diagnosing and managing age-related conditions such as falls, confusion, chronic diseases, while coordinating complex care with interdisciplinary teams in a community health center setting.

Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible to sit for Boards.
Valid License to Practice as an Internist in the State of CT, Current D.E.A. and State Controlled Substance Certificate, CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually
Ability to speak enough Spanish to examine Spanish-speaking patients and converse on basic level helpful.
Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position.
Must have comfort level with medical complexity and multiple concurrent comorbidity
