The Residential Counselor in Hamilton, NJ plays a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals in a residential care setting.
This position is focused on fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the emotional and psychological well-being of residents.
The counselor will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
By facilitating daily activities and therapeutic interventions, the Residential Counselor helps residents build essential life skills and achieve greater independence.
Ultimately, the major end result of this role is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives while receiving the necessary support for their mental health and personal development.
Available shifts are: Sunday 10 PM to 8 AM (every Sunday)
Monday and Tuesday 4pm to 10 PM
Wednesday to Thursday 4 pm to 10 PM
Combination of these shifts can be included for a part-time schedule.
Full-time Opportunities are also available.
Part-time employees receive New Jersey Earned Sick Leave benefits, with eligibility for up to 40 hours per year as provided by state law.
