About the role

The TMS Technician will administer TMS treatments under physician direction and create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for patients. Responsibilities also include educating prospective patients about TMS therapy and managing scheduling and follow-ups.

Hourly Rate

$22-24/hr Schedule/Hours: 4 - 10 hour days - clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm Reports To: Regional Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician for our Bellevue clinic—an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. TMS Technician Responsibilities Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).

Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.

Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.

Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for): Competitive

Hourly Rate

  • $22-24/hr 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents

Requirements

TMS Technician Qualifications Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field. 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.). Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus. Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices. Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively Preferred: BLS certification.
