About the role

The Physical Therapist is responsible for diagnosing patients, reviewing medical histories, and developing individualized treatment plans. They utilize manual therapy, exercises, and stretching to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.

Our full-time PTs typically have 11 visits per day and 7-8 evals/week. Responsibilities

  • Reviewing patients' medical history
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation

$88K - $105K/year + Up to a $15K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Student loan reimbursement, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington. A passion for evidence-based and patient-centered care is required.
