The Senior Clinician assists the Clinical Director in supervising clinical services and provides documented individual and group clinical services to offenders with substance use issues. They are also responsible for working the hours required to meet the organization's business needs.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold LADC1, LMHC, or LICSW credentials. A minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience and at least one year in a supervisory role is required, with a preference for experience in both substance use and mental health issues.
