The RN is responsible for completing assessments, formulating care plans, and providing direct patient care in the Operating Room. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and ensure quality and safety in care delivery.

Geisinger is proud to offer a full-time Inpatient RN with the Operating Room a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! $41.50 minimum hiring rate with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts, and $7,500 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
Monday-Friday (7:30am - 3:30pm)
(.9) 36 hours weekly or (1.0) 40 hours weekly Weekend call required twice within a 4-week block (Friday night - Sunday night)
Response time for call shifts: within 45 minutes of initial call
