The role involves acting as the local medical leader to develop strategies that improve patient care in Breast Oncology. The MSL will engage with oncologists and key opinion leaders to discuss treatment landscapes and gather insights to inform AstraZeneca's R&D strategy.
An advanced scientific degree is required, along with at least 2 years of MSL or relevant therapeutic area experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the healthcare system and clinical trial methodologies.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $174,455-$261,682. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles).
