Position Details

Shift: PM (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) Schedule: 4-2 Rotation Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience Expectations for New Hires Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice Be precise and detail-oriented in all tasks Demonstrate a strong work ethic and professionalism Be a team player, collaborating effectively with coworkers Stay proactive and on top of patient care responsibilities Provide leadership that fosters a positive environment promoting patient safety, quality care, and team collaboration Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols. Observe, document, and report patient responses to medications and treatments Perform patient assessments and contribute to care planning Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff Follow infection control protocols and promote patient hygiene Implement and evaluate individualized care plans Assist with discharge planning, including treatments and physician orders Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and staff Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Requirements

Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred Strong understanding of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) Active LVN/LPN license in the State of California Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Commitment to precision, professionalism, teamwork, and high standards of clinical practice Apply Today!
