The Certified Surgical Technologist facilitates operative procedures by preparing and providing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. They assist the surgical team during procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree, Vocational Certification, or Military Certificate in Surgical Technology. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required, along with preferred experience in perioperative or operating room settings.
